Her program here is excellent, the perfect metabolic burn that can get results during the cold months when you can&#039;t or prefer not to go outside either to run or to get to a gym.  Love the reps too, and the order of the exercises.  She&#039;d be able to do more pushups per rep if she didn&#039;t have **** enhancements, but nevertheless she has achieved a very toned, healthy woman&#039;s  build without looking like a bodybuilder. Well done. Worth checking out her site for more details.</description>

I like working at home but I&#039;m a liltle bit too advance to use only these equipement and + I don&#039;t have room at home so if I was rich I would buy a place where I can train and buy my own equipement. but for the moment I have to go to the gym.</description>

I love the home workout and meal ideas on this channel. However, I think most people over exaggerate in regards to how busy they are. If you have time to surf the net you have time to get off your **** and exercise. We make time for what is important to us.</description>

Yep, protein stores as fat if it isn&#039;t used right away.  So the only reason you should be taking protein is if you NEED it to rebuild muscles.  Never take more than is the bare minimum or you will get fat.</description>
