Yep, protein stores as fat if it isn’t used right away. So the only reason you should be taking protein is if you NEED it to rebuild muscles. Never take more than is the bare minimum or you will get fat.
ReplyMuscle is made of muscle cells which contain myofibrils. Protein helps rebuild muscle and induces cell division when muscles rebuild.
Muscles create force by cycling myosin crossbridges and contracting the sacromeres. Calcium ions also help move the tropomyosin protein and allowing contact of myosin heads to the actin.
