  4. I like working at home but I’m a liltle bit too advance to use only these equipement and + I don’t have room at home so if I was rich I would buy a place where I can train and buy my own equipement. but for the moment I have to go to the gym.

  6. I love the home workout and meal ideas on this channel. However, I think most people over exaggerate in regards to how busy they are. If you have time to surf the net you have time to get off your **** and exercise. We make time for what is important to us.

  34. i don’t like to go to gyms because it’s time consuming and i can do it at home. all i need are:
    1 barbell
    2 mat if u have tiles at home

  36. working out at hoe is more relaxing, at the gym you worry more about how you look allthough i think that good because that makes you workout more to try and get that look you want

  46. i much prefer to workout at home no distractions or having to wait for equipment.I can have my music as loud as i want .PLus i dont have to worry about getting dirty looks from yelling on a heavy set.

  50. It’s to easy to cheat on the ball. Your body will use the bounce in the ball naturally without you noticing. It’s better to use a bench that doesn’t have any give. The next time you do something like flys on the ball pay attention and see if you are using the bounce in the ball to help with the fly.
